The Illawarra Hawks are proud to announce i-induct will be the club’s official Hawks Dance Team partner for the 2021-22 NBL season.
i-induct has been a longtime, valued partner of the club and this will be the second season they throw their support behind the Hawks Dance Team.
The Wollongong-based business is one of Australia's largest online learning and compliance platforms for workers in the Disability and Community Services sector - and their programs are designed to specifically to help businesses in the NDIS and community services sector ensure new and existing staff are mobilised quickly and effectively.
i-induct Executive Director, Andrew Williams, said the commitment was made knowing the Hawks are a “fundamental part of the Illawarra community.
“i-induct has been financially supporting the Hawks for around eight years, but I have been supporting them as a fan since I was a teenager in the late 70's. We work and live in this community and we want to ensure the game night experience is more than just a game of basketball,” Williams said.
“We want it to be an unforgettable, exciting live atmosphere, with the game, the crowd, music and dancing - and the Hawks Dance team have always been such an important part of game night, providing that added spark,” Williams said.
Illawarra Hawks President and Co-Owner, Dorry Kordahi, said this was an important relationship between the club and a valued business in the local community.
“i-induct is a huge part of the community here in Wollongong and their contribution to a very important part of our society is extraordinary. It’s wonderful to have them on board as our Dance Team partner and we look forward to working together for many more years to come,” Kordahi said.
The partnership will see the Hawks Dance Team uniform branded with the I-induct logo.
