What can I bring in? What's not allowed?

WIN Entertainment Centre restricts items that could cause injury, nuisance or inconvenience. Prohibited items include glass, drink bottles or cans; alcohol; aerosols; bags larger than 30 cm x 40 cm; commercial food; fireworks, weapons and laser pointers; noise-making devices; scooters and similar wheeled items; confetti or glitter; commercial recording equipment, selfie sticks, drones and oversized lenses; and oversized banners or flags. Umbrellas cannot be used in the auditorium and can be stored at external doors. Security may inspect bags and patrons on entry, and event-specific conditions may also apply.

More info: WIN Entertainment Centre conditions of entry (opens in a new tab)

Can I bring my own food or water?

Commercial food and alcohol cannot be brought into the venue. You may bring one factory-sealed, non-alcoholic PET bottle under 600 mL; other drink bottles and cans are prohibited. Event-specific conditions may also apply.

More info: WIN Entertainment Centre conditions of entry (opens in a new tab)

What food and drink is available?

Game night starts long before tip-off. Everything sits inside the Lower Crown Quarter, with the ocean at the end of the street and food and drinks a few minutes from your seat.

Inside the venue: Bars and canteens run throughout WIN Entertainment Centre. Grab food early, because queues build the closer it gets to tip-off.

More info: Game Day Guide

Is the venue cashless?

WIN Entertainment Centre and WIN Stadium are cashless venues. All transactions will be by contactless card. Cash cards will no longer be available for purchase at outlets.

Can I leave and come back in?

Generally, no. Pass-outs for re-entry are not issued unless the specific event conditions expressly allow them.

When should I be in my seat?

Be seated at least 30 minutes before tip-off. That's when pregame entertainment starts.

More info: Game Day Guide

What time does the game finish?

The game will typically finish within 2-hours. Occasionally like the famous 4-overtime game a few years ago it will extend. But that's "free basketball" in basketball lingo.

What should I wear?

We're red and black, so wear red and black. Need some? Visit our online store, or get some from the Merch Stand at the game.
