It's back-to-back home games at the WIN Entertainment Centre as your Hawks battle the Brisbane Bullets in Monday night hoops.
Both squads will be desperate for improved performances after dropping home games in Round 3.
After a strong start to the season, the Hawks struggled to gain any ascendancy against a fired-up Breakers outfit, going down 88-62.
It was three games in short succession for the young Hawks, and coming off a 7-day break, Coach Jackomas will have the side ready to go as a desperate Bullets outfit comes to town.
The effort areas of the early rounds have been a staple for the Hawks, and it will be up to live wires like Lachie Dent and Mangok Mathiang to bring the energy early on Monday evening.
A rested and rejuvenated Hawks squad will look to return to their winning ways and build momentum leading into a return match against the Bullets on Thursday before Melbourne United comes to town on Saturday, October 29.
Keep a Hawk eye on
The Froling Brothers.
The boys from North Queensland will resume their sibling rivalry when Sam and Harry take to the court.
Sam has been a picture of consistency for the Hawks in the early rounds, and the co-captain will look to lead from the front against the Bullets' front line.
The inside-outside game of both players will no doubt see their paths cross at some stage, and bragging rights will be on offer come full-time.
Opposition Watch
After one of their most active off-seasons in recent memory, the Bullets entered the NBL23 season as the talk of the competition.
The signing of Boomers big man Aaron Baynes and NBA guard Tyler Johnson had many from the River City dreaming of a hot start to the season.
However, the Bullets enter Round 4 winless, with Coach Duncan searching for answers and a first-up win to kick-start their NBL23 campaign.
Nathan Sobey is returning from a minutes restriction in the first few rounds and will need to be at his attacking and damaging best for the Bullets to claw their way back to a 50% record.
Protect the Pit
We are calling on all of Hawk Nation to turn out in force and "Protect the Pit."
Tip-off 7:30 pm – tickets from $30, and $70 for families, available through Ticketmaster now.
