Pepper Money helps Hawks get one step closer to the magic number

The Hawks are thrilled to announce Principal Partner Pepper Money will purchase 1500 Hawks Huddle Supporter memberships* for high school students and Pepper Money customers in the Illawarra region.

This announcement brings the club one step closer to our lofty membership target and the return of the ‘Illawarra’ name.

3000 memberships have now been purchased by The Hawks corporate partners in the last two weeks to help the club drive grassroots basketball, enhance community engagement and inspire youth in the Illawarra region.

The memberships also help support The Hawks push to reinstate the ‘Illawarra’ name.

Hawks Co-Owner and President, Dorry Kordahi, applauded this exciting commitment from the club’s valued Principal Partner.

Hawks Co-Owner and President, Dorry Kordahi, will be flying to Melbourne for Sunday’s game with the South East Melbourne Phoenix where he will be meeting with the NBL to continue discussions about the return of the ‘Illawarra’ name as soon as possible.
