Hawks to tackle Bullets in Round 2 of NBL season

The second round of the 2020-21 Hungry Jack’s NBL Season will feature six games across six days with the Perth Wildcats and SKY Sport New Zealand Breakers to play their first games of the season.
The reigning champions will open their season against South East Melbourne Phoenix at RAC Arena on Sunday January 24 as they begin their campaign to win a third consecutive NBL title. The Breakers will travel to Adelaide on Friday January 22 to play the Adelaide 36ers at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.
It will be the second of two home games for the Sixers who will also open the round against the Phoenix on Wednesday January 20.
NBL Commissioner Jeremy Loeliger said: “We’re pleased to be able to announce the next round of our schedule and stage the first home game in Perth for the NBL’s reigning champions, the Perth Wildcats.
“Fans across the Tasman can also look forward to watching the SKY Sport New Zealand Breakers open their season against Adelaide. Cairns will host two games against Sydney and Melbourne and Brisbane will play its second home game against The Hawks.
“We will continue to assess the situation over the coming weeks and be guided by the advice of the states as we schedule more games as part of our rolling schedule this season. As soon as restrictions ease we hope to be in a position to be able to also schedule games in Victoria and New South Wales.”
