The Illawarra Hawks would like to welcome leading gaming headset brand RIG as an official event partner for the remainder of the 2020/2021 NBL season.
The partnership includes game day activations and signage on both stanchions at either end of the court for all Hawks home games.
Hawks Co-Owner & President Dorry Kordahi said the club was delighted to be teaming up with RIG for the remainder of the season.
”This is another great opportunity for the Illawarra Hawks to partner with a brand that shares the same pursuit of professional excellence as we do,” Kordahi said.
“RIG is a market leader in its field and we are proud to align with a brand that believes in the direction we are taking this basketball club. We look forward to cultivating this relationship long into the future,” Kordahi continued.
Omar Braery, General Manager, Marketing at Turn Left Distribution said they were excited to bring these two brands together as the ANZ distributor and local marketing arm for RIG.
“Both brands strive to deliver the absolute best to their respective communities and fanbase; this common drive for excellence is the foundation which we’re looking forward to building this partnership on,” he said.
RIG VP of Global Sales and Marketing Peter Petrides said the brand is thrilled to partner with one of the oldest and prominent teams in the NBL.
“We admire the team’s continued dedication and commitment to the game, which emulates the values that RIG strives for as a brand,” said Petrides.
