The Illawarra Hawks' Sunday fixture with the Adelaide 36ers at the WIN Entertainment Centre has been postponed due to league health and safety protocols.

"The health and safety of the players, coaches, clubs, staff and fans is the League’s number one priority when considering these matters," an NBL representative said.
"The NBL will continue to follow the advice of governments and health authorities.
"Regular testing of all players and staff will continue, while further testing will be carried out on individuals impacted or those deemed close contacts."
This announcement marks the fourth straight game of the NBL22 season the Hawks have had postponed due to COVID-19 protocols - which includes the league changing Sunday’s opponents from Melbourne United to Adelaide to try and press ahead with the campaign.
"We're obviously extremely disappointed to have another match impacted by COVID-19" Hawks co-owner and president Dorry Kordahi.
"It's been a challenging time for all involved but now more than ever, we need our loyal Hawks fan to rally around the team and support their foundation club.
"We look forward to seeing all our loyal fans at the hottest ticket in town very soon."
Adelaide's game agains Perth, scheduled for Wednesday, January 12, has also been postponed - leaving the Brisbane and New Zealand fixture at Nissan Arena on Sunday as the only remaining game in round six.
