The Illawarra Hawks are proud to partner with Healthy Deadly Kids to deliver an exciting 3x3 basketball tournament at the Snakepit Stadium this July.
Taking place on Wednesday 15 July, the event will bring young people together for a fun and engaging day of basketball, connection, and community. The tournament will showcase the fast-paced and exciting format of 3x3 basketball, providing participants with the opportunity to compete, develop their skills, and enjoy the game in a supportive environment.
As part of the event, girls' teams will receive free entry thanks to the support of the Illawarra Aboriginal Medical Service, helping create more opportunities for young girls to participate in sport and experience the benefits of basketball.
The collaboration between the Illawarra Hawks, Healthy Deadly Kids, and the Illawarra Aboriginal Medical Service reflects a shared commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles, increasing participation in sport, and fostering positive community connections.
