The Illawarra Hawks are thrilled to officially announce that Harry Froling has signed with the Illawarra Hawks for the Hungry Jacks NBL26 season as an injury replacement player.
The 26 year old is set for a remarkable NBL comeback. Harry says:
“It means a lot to be back with the Hawks. I’m a different player to what I was in 2022 and I look forward to giving back to the club who has done so much for me over the past few years and to get in front of the Hawk Heads again. Best fans in the league!”
Towards the end of the NBL25 season Harry joined brother Sam in Illawarra to practice with the team as he worked away at his goal of a comeback to the NBL.
“Super happy to get Harry back at the Gong, it’s been such a hard road for him and to see him rewarded with an opportunity to get back in the NBL is so special, and to have it be the team that has given me my opportunity speaks to the quality of this club and their investment in people.” Says Sam Froling.
