The Illawarra Hawks are proud to announce that we will be participating in the inaugural HoopsFest!
Western Australia is set to deliver the ultimate fusion of basketball, music, culture, entertainment and style at HoopsFest – a celebration like no other.
A first of its kind, the multi-day extravaganza, from September 18 to 22, promises to be an unforgettable festival featuring all NBL and WNBL teams together in the same place at the same time for round one of the NBL Season: a Cygnett WNBL tournament, the Foot Locker under 18 Australian Club Championships, an interactive fan zone, the world-famous Sneakerland exhibition, as well as music, food and loads of other entertainment.
The four-day festival will see the Illawarra Hawks take on the Cairns Taipans on Saturday, September 21 (from 8:30pm AEST) at HBFStadium - in an additional 29th game of the NBL25 season for competition points.
