Dent flies Hawks flag during weekend's NBL1 action

The weekend's NBL1 action proved to be a quiet one for the Illawarra Hawks' contingent, as only one star took to the hardwood.
That was guard Lachlan Dent, who lined up for the Brisbane Capitals against Rip City at Auchenflower Stadium.
Despite five points, nine assists, three rebounds and two steals in 29.21 minutes from Dent, the Capitals went down 91-89.
Next up for the Capitals, who are 2-3 on the NBL1 North season, is a round six double-header against Logan (Friday) and Southern Districts (Sunday).
Elsewhere in the NBL1 competition, Alex Mudronja missed his North Gold Coast Seahawks' 114-83 loss to the Mackay Meteors at Runaway Bay Stadium.
His Seahawks will look to rebound against the Darwin Salties at the Darwin Basketball Stadium on Saturday.
While Isaac White and his Ipswich Force had the bye in round five and will next battle the Spartans at JBS Stadium on Saturday.
Moving to the NBL1 East competition and Illawarra skipper AJ Ogilvy didn't take the court in either of Hills' wins against Sutherland (80-78) and Central Coast (79-72).
Next up for his Hornets is a trip to North Sydney Indoor Sports Centre to take on the Bears on Saturday.
